Monitoring with VIER: All data in one interface

In future, a new customer KPI interface will replace the previous front-face interface of all individual products. At the start, it will provide the monitoring data of VIER engage ACE - the monitoring data of the other solutions will be added successively according to the wishes of the customers.

"We want to implement the concrete requirements of our customers and not develop in the blue. Within the framework of the principles of agile development, we rely on cooperation with our customers," explains VIER Product Owner Andreas Bierwirth-Kerl. "Clients who want to populate their own BI systems or wallboards with this data are therefore invited to contact VIER. We look forward to meeting the specifications for such a cross-product interface!"

"When developing the interface, we also deliberately opted for a modern transmission format and chose JSON instead of XML," explains Bierwirth-Kerl. Access to the interface is also realised via the modern authentication procedure OAuth2, which offers even more security. Building on the Customer KPI Interface, VIER is also implementing a Customer KPI Dashboard, which can be individually adapted to customer-specific wishes. The Customer KPI Interface and the Customer KPI Dashboard for the VIER engage ACD are available individually as booking options.
