VIER Copilot can trigger workflows in connected systems and save a final case protocol including a conversation summary.

Seamless integration

VIER Copilot integrates seamlessly and fully automatically with other VIER solutions and products, such as VIER engage ACD and VIER CVG Cognitive Voice Gateway. Benefit: If an upstream voicebot cannot correctly recognize or handle the request, the call is automatically routed to the contact center. In this case, VIER Copilot automatically provides the employee with the previously conducted dialog and all other recognized information. The same applies to data from an upstream IVR, for example.
