VIER AI Gateway: Looking back at CCW 2024 is a glance into the future!

Since the merger of six companies into VIER GmbH in May 2021, we have been continuously working on innovative solutions for customer communication. We firmly believe in the power of AI to bring about positive changes. This commitment was more than evident at this year's CCW.

As CEO of VIER, I have the privilege and joy of leading a team of exceptionally talented individuals every day and collaborating with them. They work passionately to make Artificial Intelligence usable for our customers, thereby continuously improving Customer Service (CS) and Customer Experience (CX).

Our preview of the new VIER AI Gateway was a highlight of the event for me and an important milestone in our ongoing work. The VIER AI Gateway confirms our vision of enabling companies to meet the security and compliance requirements in the AI world. The VIER AI Gateway represents a significant advancement in effectively and responsibly leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) within the enterprise.
