Application process
First meeting
Our first meeting will take place via video call. It’s not a traditional interview, but rather an opportunity for us to get to know each other. From the very beginning, some of your potential future teammates will be there, giving you an authentic first impression of how we work together.
Meet the Team Day
During the later in-person meeting at our office, you'll take part in a roughly three-hour "Meet the Team Day." This is your chance to get to know the rest of your future team, gain insights into tasks and workflows, and see your potential workspace.
People & Culture meeting
To wrap up the day, you'll meet with our People & Culture managers. This conversation covers all the key details – from benefits to contract specifics – so you can get the full picture.
Joint decision
Whether you’ll become part of our team is a decision we make together – involving the team, your future manager, and People & Culture. And of course, you as well. No matter the outcome, you’ll receive personal feedback from us. We look forward to your application!

VIER is an established and expanding company - we offer secure apprenticeships and jobs and look forward to taking on successful apprentices!
We regularly offer several apprenticeships for IT specialists with a focus on application development and system integration.
If you are enthusiastic about IT topics, follow technical innovations, are digitally fit and have a good understanding of mathematics, these are great prerequisites for an apprenticeship at VIER. You are also welcome to do an internship with us in advance, where our trainees will be happy to answer your questions.
