Our first conversation with you will take place via video call. This is not an interview, but rather a chance to get to know each other and meet your new potential teammates. At the subsequent face-to-face meeting on the premises of VIER, a three-hour "Meet the Team Day" awaits you. Here you can get to know the rest of your future team as well as tasks, processes and your workplace. Your day with us will be concluded by a meeting with our Human Potential Managers, where you can discuss all the details of your employment contract and benefits.

We regularly offer several apprenticeships for IT specialists with a focus on application development and system integration. If you are enthusiastic about IT topics, follow technical innovations, are digitally fit and have a good understanding of mathematics, these are great prerequisites for an apprenticeship at VIER. You are also welcome to do an internship with us in advance, where our trainees will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
