Our product, VIER Multichannel ACD, has been recognized for this with multiple certifications: Your data and the software used are hosted in Germany, subjecting them to German law. The "Software Made in Germany" quality label provides you with additional security. As a manufacturer bearing this label, we have provided corresponding evidence for the software products we develop and for our company.

The label demonstrates transparency, security, quality, and legal compliance, including in the area of data protection. The label is carried by the non-profit association Trusted Cloud (KN TC), consisting of representatives from associations, industry, and academia.
