Bringing AI to Life Together at the AI Partner Day at VIER

The first “VIER AI Partner Day” took place in early July. Fourteen participants from leading VIER partners gathered in Hanover for a full-day deep dive into the development of AI agents using VIER AI Studio.

Teams from SPIE, comdialog, INACTA, mindsquare, SNcom, and NTT DATA participated. At the start, the teams were introduced to the basics of VIER AI Studio. Participants then worked with VIER experts to develop text-based bots, connect them to the VIER Cognitive Voice Gateway (CVG), and bring them to life. The best part: All participants had the opportunity to “take home” their own finished demo AI agent so they could later expand it independently for their own use cases.

“The feedback from participants was very positive; the in-person interaction, in particular, was fantastic,” said Kerstin Groß, Partner Onboarding Manager for AI at VIER. “We’re now moving into the planning phase to offer potential additional in-depth modules and training sessions.” A big thank you goes out to all participants for the open dialogue, the engaging discussions, and the successful VIER AI Partner Day!
