VIER is certified to ISO 27001, a globally recognized standard for information security management systems, and processes data exclusively in accordance with legal requirements. This proves that we systematically manage information risks and reliably comply with the highest security standards.

VIER has its own department for data protection and information security. The colleagues ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Our own cybersecurity experts and business continuity managers ensure the continuous availability of all systems and products. We work with an emergency manual in accordance with BSI 100-4.

Responsible use of AI
Data security & infrastructure
We operate our own AI models in our data center. Here, the data does not leave the data center.
We also offer the option of using external AI models in the EU. Processing there also takes place in accordance with GDPR standards. We have developed special solutions for this, such as the VIER AI Gateway.
Support instead of control
Our AI solutions are designed to reduce the workload on employees – for example through suggestions, transcription or automatic documentation.
They do not monitor the performance or behavior of individual employees.
Transparency & co-determination
The use of our AI is openly documented and coordinated with the works council. Employees always know when and how AI support is being provided.
This creates trust and acceptance in everyday working life.
