
AI for everyone! VIER presents new AI solutions at CCW 2024 in Berlin

Now it's time to really get going with AI! In customer service in particular, AI can relieve the burden on specialists, increase efficiency and deliver better service results. Under the motto "AI for everyone!", VIER, the German market leader for AI-supported communication software, will be presenting innovative, AI-based solutions at the CCW trade fair that lead to greater efficiency in day-to-day service. The event will take place from February 27 to 29, 2024 at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin. VIER can be found in Hall 3 at Stand F18.
AI expertise for communication and customer service
In keeping with the CCW motto “Unite human and artificial power”, VIER is showcasing Europe's best cloud contact center for cross-channel and cross-location customer service. This includes the fascinating, AI-based assistance options of VIER Copilot and the linguistic capabilities of VIER Smart Dialog. Also at CCW, VIER will be giving a first look at the brand new VIER AI Gateway.

Visitors to the trade fair will experience VIER's innovative update for contact center basics - for contact center managers, quality managers, coaches, agents and IT. The efficient distribution and processing of customer inquiries is already in use thousands of times with VIER's cloud ACD. Now it is being expanded to include innovative assistance functions, analysis options and automation that make customer service faster and easier. The high level of quality is ensured by close integration and provision from German data centers. The use of VIER AI technology leads to greater agent efficiency and a noticeable reduction in workload, as monotonous tasks can be partially or fully automated.
The AI-based VIER Copilot enables secure basic contact recognition and automatically records names, telephone numbers, addresses and other data in real time. During the call, recommendations for action are given based on real-time speech analysis. Finally, an automatic call summary is created.
With VIER Smart Dialog, companies can easily configure their own ChatGPT voicebot to suit a wide range of business transactions. This allows companies to offer their callers a qualified dialog option for questions, information or complete processes around the clock.

Software with generative AI is going from hype to must-have. But this must not lead to uncontrolled growth.
