To create voicebots with Rasa and CVG, use our VIER CVG channel, which is provided in a separate package on GitHub. It needs to be installed as part of your Rasa installation and works with both Rasa Open Source and Rasa Enterprise.
This VIER CVG channel in Rasa implements all CVG APIs relevant to bots to give you, the Rasa developer, the full power of CVG.
In order for your bot to have a voice, you need a VIER CVG account. You can apply for one here. To configure the connection between your Rasa bot and CVG, simply select Rasa as your bot template in the CVG interface, enter your Rasa URL and token in the CVG project settings. That's it.
