VIER offers you consulting and support services in the run-up to TÜV certification:

  • for service quality in accordance with TN standard A75-S008;

  • certified call centers according to DIN EN 15838

  • for certified customer satisfaction in accordance with TN Standard A75-S009.

This is made possible by the cooperation between TÜV NORD CERT, a company of the TÜV NORD Group, and VIER. The certification itself is carried out by TÜV NORD CERT experts.
