ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard for an information security management system (ISMS). ISO 27001 specifies the conditions that an ISMS must fulfill. The aim of an ISMS is to identify and avert information risks and to maintain and continuously improve information security. In this way, cyber attacks can be warded off and data theft prevented. With ISO 27001 certification, VIER guarantees its customers and business partners that the requirements of the standard are demonstrably fulfilled.

With the “Trusted Cloud” label, VIER has been certifying the security, transparency, quality, legal compliance and reliability of cloud services since 2016. The non-profit association Kompetenznetzwerk Trusted Cloud (KN TC), consisting of representatives from associations, business and science, is responsible for the label.

Zero Outage

"Zero Outage" is a quality initiative of Telekom Deutschland GmbH. The certification certifies that VIER works according to defined standard processes in incident, problem and change management that are aligned with an IT framework (e.g. ITIL). It is also certified that VIER offers an escalation manager service that is available 24/7, 365 days a year. VIER thus contributes to the stability of the delivery of Telekom Deutschland products.

CCV Customer Service & Call Center Verband Deutschland e.V.

Since 2006, VIER has been a member of the CCV, the interest group for the customer service and call and contact center industry in Germany. The association represents around 300 member companies and bundles the interests of the constantly developing call and contact center industry. The CCV is listed in the Transparency Register of the German Bundestag and in the EU Transparency Register.
