Carsten Fiegler new VIER Vice President Business Communications

Carsten Fiegler, 57, has been successful in IT and sales for over 20 years. Before joining VIER, he was Strategic Global Alliances Director at Genesys Cloud Solutions, where he was responsible for GSI partners in Germany. Earlier stations in his career included Oracle, Veritas Software and Attensity/Sematell. In his new position, Carsten Fiegler wants to develop VIER into the European market leader in the field of AI-based omnichannel solutions made in Germany: "VIER's portfolio, CEO Rainer Holler and the team impressed and convinced me from the very first minute!" says Carsten Fiegler.
