VIER and PMG cooperate on telecommunications solutions for the healthcare sector

As part of the partnership, PMG is now offering VIER's solutions and products to its own customer base, including the VIER engage ACD and AI-based VIER bots for service automation. This enables clinics, medical practices and other medical facilities, for example, to automate appointment scheduling in a qualified manner and relieve the burden on employees through AI-based transcription of requests, among other things.
