Optimized data analysis with the VIER Unified Dashboard

At the beginning of June 2023, we presented the VIER Unified Dashboard, an extension of our omnichannel solution VIER engage. It offers comprehensive visualization and analysis of communication and other business data. With this step into the future of data analysis, we are consolidating our position as a pioneer in the industry and offering our customers a powerful tool for informed decision-making.

The VIER Unified Dashboard is the first VIER product to use the new design system. The new dashboard provides a straightforward way to visualize and analyze relevant metrics and key performance indicators. This enables companies to recognize data patterns and make well-informed decisions that drive their business strategy. 

The highlights of the VIER Unified Dashboard:

  • Customized dashboard creation: users can design dashboards according to their specific requirements. Whether monitoring the current contact volume in the contact center or analyzing outbound campaigns - our solution makes it easy to compile and customize dashboards for any evaluation objective.

  • Flexibly configurable widgets: With a wide range of freely configurable widgets, including the VIER engage inbound wallboard, the VIER engage outbound campaign overview and the VIER engage outbound user ranking, users can compile widgets according to their requirements.

  • Role and rights management: The dashboard offers comprehensive role and rights management to maintain control. Users can assign read rights, design rights or administration rights to ensure that their team has exactly the access rights they need.

  • Informed decision making: The Unified Dashboard grants access to current monitoring values at any time to make informed decisions. Companies can monitor active calls, average call times and availability to continuously optimize their business strategy.

  • High customizability: The platform offers high customizability by allowing the creation of any number of dashboards that can be grouped and shared as needed. Users have the freedom to create, share and organize different dashboards to their liking to give individual stakeholders the most value from their data.
