Partnership: VIER and mindsquare enable customer processes with AI

mindsquare AG and VIER GmbH entered into a strategic partnership at the beginning of 2026 to offer companies comprehensive solutions for modern customer communication, service automation and digital business processes.

The aim of the partnership is to combine consulting, project implementation and innovative AI technology in order to make customer service and communication for joint customers efficient, scalable and future-proof. The focus of the collaboration is on holistic solutions for customer communication across all channels. mindsquare AG, an established solution provider for digital transformation and complex IT projects, supports SMEs, large companies and DAX-listed corporations in the holistic implementation of digital projects - from analysis and solution design to technical implementation and support. The European technology company VIER complements this solution expertise with powerful AI technology for intelligent customer communication, for example through process automation, assistance systems for service teams and the use of innovative, autonomous AI agents.
