The two customer communication experts VIER and SNcom entered into a strategic partnership at the beginning of 2026. The common goal is to offer companies innovative solutions for contact centers and customer communication in the areas of AI, migration and integration and to enable the smooth coupling of AI agents and Cloud PBX.
Through customized implementation and migration strategies for modern customer experience solutions, SNcom and VIER are working together to improve the accessibility of services and ensure the integrity of corporate data while making access to key applications more efficient.
