
Partner: VIER and questnet launch global sales of Cloud Contact Center & AI

The technology company VIER and the network operator questnet signed a partnership agreement in mid-April for the global distribution of the cloud-based contact center platform VIER engage ACD and VIER's AI solutions.
Questnet has been offering worldwide number ranges and applications for service telephony for over 20 years and relies on an extensive network of resellers and partners. Over 70,000 numbers are currently active. Together with a self-developed basic ACD for call distribution, these are used for various, often short-term campaigns as part of customer care. “But of course the market demands innovative omnichannel solutions from the cloud, preferably in combination with AI-based solutions such as assistance functions at the workplace or bots for automating tasks,” explains questnet Managing Director Thomas Wendt. “As we value VIER's cloud contact center software and AI solutions, the partnership with VIER is ideal for us to expand our offering.”
VIER Business Development Manager Sinan Sönmez adds: “This partnership is a very good opportunity for us to tap into completely new customer segments. We are also expanding our product portfolio through the strategic partnership for our direct customers with additional carrier solutions. This is because questnet has a very distinctive, global point of presence.” questnet has a long list of well-known corporate customers who will be able to significantly expand their service with VIER engage in the future and add innovative AI solutions. “This offers our customers considerable optimization potential and enables easy process automation with AI,” emphasizes Jan Kegel, CFO of questnet. Ralf Seifert, Head of Product and Project Management at questnet, adds: “As part of the sales partnership we have now entered into, we at questnet will also provide our customers with first-level support for VIER engage in the future.
“Our new VIER AI Gateway for the controlled, secure and legally compliant use of AI in particular will serve our corporate customers very well,” adds VIER CEO Rainer Holler. “With the VIER AI Gateway, companies will be able to utilize the full potential of Conversational AI and always select the most suitable AI language model for their use cases.
