With the partnership now concluded, the two specialists Samhammer and VIER are setting a new benchmark for efficiency and customer service in the digital age of customer contact.
The technology company VIER and Samhammer AG have entered into a strategic partnership. The common goal is to combine Samhammer's in-depth knowledge management for device service with VIER's powerful AI solutions to shape the customer service of the future. "We are excited about this partnership because it allows us to create processes for our joint customers that are smarter, faster and more effective than ever before," explains VIER CEO Raine Holler.
Samhammer is a managed service specialist for technical equipment service, i.e. for the structuring, digitalization and provision of service knowledge for employees and customers. "Together, we are combining VIER's smart AI technology with NextGen Agentic Knowledge - a combination that creates real added value. This integration creates great benefits for customers: The partnership with VIER enables the very short-term project go-live in just a few days!" says Samhammer CEO Thomas Hellerich.
Closing the gap between knowledge and AI
