User feedback: answers can be rated by thumbs up/down, with optional commentary.
LLM-as-a-Judge: An automated review system evaluates the relevance, correctness and usefulness of each answer.
Feedback process: Feedback is reviewed by the project team and forwarded to the content managers. Content is updated so that the knowledge base is continuously growing and improving.
