Text-to-Speech and Voice Cloning Without U.S. Hyperscalers
Our partner KugelAudio, based in Berlin, provides a multilingual TTS model with voice cloning currently available in 26 languages. Just a few seconds of reference audio is all it takes to create your own voice. The model is trained for European-specific cases and correctly reads IBANs, phone numbers, addresses, and ZIP codes. KugelAudio is currently being integrated as a partner for TTS and voice cloning in the VIER Cognitive Voice Gateway.

Speech-to-Speech Directly from Europe
Our partner Deepslate, based in Templin, is developing a native speech-to-speech model. Audio goes in, audio comes out—without the need for separate systems for speech recognition, language modeling, and speech synthesis. The model processes meaning, intonation, and stress all at once. It is trained on European languages, supports 27 of them, and reliably recognizes names, addresses, and dialects. With VIER AI Studio and Deepslate, voice agents leverage the latest AI and speech technology while maintaining EU sovereignty. This enables exceptional customer experiences while simultaneously meeting strict data protection and sovereignty requirements.
