The Contact Centre Trend Study is now in its 3rd edition. We would be pleased if you, as a contact centre manager or team leader, could take 10 minutes to answer the questions.
This study examines important components for successful customer dialogue and current trends in the interaction between people, technology and processes.
It examines the goals in the service and contact centre environment in correlation with technology, processes and staff development. This will enable an examination of exciting topics in the German contact centre market, the use of technology and employee qualification.
