VIER completes management team

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Research & Development David Ellis, who previously held a similar position, joined the VIER team in August. Steffen Langstädtler also joined VIER in August. As Head of Operations & Support, he is now responsible for first and second level customer support, service management and the operation of the VIER cloud and data centre.
Ralf Mühlenhöver, who previously managed voiXen, is responsible for product strategy and marketing. Christian Oldendorf, who worked at 4Com before the merger, has taken over the position of Head of Professional Services at VIER. He leads several teams in the areas of consulting, integration, project management and training.
