VIER integrates Teams into VIER Client

In order to seamlessly integrate the Teams solution into the employee client and thus optimise collaboration, the new Microsoft Teams adapter from VIER is ready!


This is a plugin for the web-based Professional Client of the Omnichannel ACD from VIER engage. The plugin adds several functions to the client that connect the ACD and Teams applications:

  • Status synchronisation: The different user statuses of Microsoft Teams and the Multichannel ACD can be synchronised, e.g. to block users in the ACD who are busy in Teams.
  • Listing of Teams colleagues in the client: An additional client module lists all Teams users of shared teams. Staff members can thus quickly find colleagues via a quick filter, view their current status, write a chat message or start a Teams call.
