Definition "NPS"
The Net Promoter Score is an index that is used to measure the likelihood of recommendation and thus shows how many customers of a company express positive opinions about that company. To determine the NPS, a representative group of customers is asked how likely it is on a scale of 0 (unlikely) to 10 (very likely) that they would recommend this company to a friend or colleague. The NPS is determined by the difference between so-called promoters (number of answers 9 and 10) and detractors (number of answers 0 to 6). The NPS can be increased through the intelligent use of software.
